The newest compact NTools VC 36 extractors, adapted to extraction of sanding dust in body and paint workshops and to work with wood, plastic and sand. They are available in two versions: for use with electric sanders and electric and pneumatic sanders.

Set includes:
RS 15025 – 2.5 mm pitch is ideal for finishing. Small pitch combined with high RPM gives the best quality of surface finish sanding. Proposed sandpaper gradations from P320 to P3000.

RS 15050 – 5.0 mm pitch is ideal for fine sanding, so as to prepare the substrate for the painting work. The proposed gradation is from P180 to P400.

RS 15080 – 8.0 mm pitch allows for a significant reduction in working hours. Aggressive movement of the disk is ideal for rough sanding and fast removal of material. The proposed gradation is from P60 to P180.

HMF7 System offers extraordinary efficiency as it includes only 7 grit sizes perfectly adapted to car body sanding. This solution and enhanced protection against clogging (thanks to specially designed stearate) provided for reduction of paper used during works.

Professional NTools working disk made of hard, mechanically high-strength glass and epoxy laminate and deformation-resistant polyurethane compound. Advanced design of the disk works with all the brands of sand paper available on the market, and the multi-hole design provides very good dust extraction.

Velcro made in patented J-Hook technology ensures high holding strength of sand paper and unwoven cloth.

Optimum fit to the type of job with two types of discs: hard with low profile and a thickness of 10 mm for rough sanding and soft

System is simple and easy in use and provides a perfect handy tool for paint shop works. For our Clients we also offer special board dedicated for HMF7 System.

The steel board may be used as handy store of packed abrasive disks or a hanger for unpacked individual disks.
